   Please believe all these negative reviews about this florist and avoid them AT ALL COSTS . I wish I did before allowing Interflora to let her deliver my friend's birthday flowers. The lady who took my phone call is too rude to be a florist never mind being on Interflora. All I did was to call the shop to confirm some important delivery details and the so called florist shouted at me twice and even warned me not to call her shop again. What a nightmare! The worst florist ever. Save yourself the abuse from this totally uncouth and uncultured so called florist and avoid them like the plague.

   I ordered flowers from uber and I was shouted at my face when I was politely calling her about make sure the flowers are fresh and made nicely because it’s my husband gift. And she kept on shouting at me saying you ordered 36 pounds flowers from this shop did u do that did u do this she wasn’t apologetic on what she behaved her name is Carolina is the most unprofessional and disrespectful person she was being so rude to me. Never ever order it from them they are scam

   A Complete "Temu Experience" – Avoid This Florist! Ordered a beautiful arrangement that was advertised in a pot with seasonal flowers, and what arrived was a disappointing, cheap-looking bouquet of 6 or 7 red roses wrapped in a plastic bag. This was NOT what I paid for, and certainly not what was pictured. I thought I will make a nice surprise to my wife today, as it's Valentine's Day, but she only appreciated the intention on this occasion. It’s clear they cut corners and sent whatever they had lying around instead of what was actually advertised. This feels like a classic bait-and-switch—what you see online vs. what you actually get is a joke. The flowers I received were worth no more than £10, despite paying much more for what I expected to be a high-quality, well-presented arrangement. If you’re thinking of ordering from here, save your money and go elsewhere - clearly, as they work with UberEats, you can select a bucket from Waitrose or M&S for up to £20, will look way better. Don’t fall for the nice pictures on their website—you’ll likely end up with a disappointing, overpriced mess.

   Completely agree with some of the other negative reviews. They don’t care about their product or their customers. The delivered flowers do not match the picture, different presentation box, different number of flowers, half dead flowers, one of the flowers was delivered snapped in half (they blamed the driver of course). Go buy flowers from them if you want to waste your money. Called them, and was just brushed off and totally dismissive, they could not care less since they got their money already.

   Lady who delivers flowers only brought them to the entrance door not my actual door as she refused to bring them to my actual door. I'm someone with mobility issues and expect flowers to be delivered to my actual door for me to receive them. The lady who delivers them is rude and arrogant and her attitude is if you get your flowers you get them if you don't you don't. You don't state this policy when you take the order on that you can't bring the actual flowers to the person main door. This is the second time this has happened same lady. Lovely flowers just wouldn't recommend your service due to staff rudeness

   My girlfriend was sent home from work because she was ill so I asked that the delivery address be changed as the flowers had not yet been delivered. A very rude woman at Gainsborough told me that this is not possible as the flowers had already gone out with the driver. I asked if she could possibly call the driver and ask him to change address as the two addresses are literally two minutes from each other - wouldn't make a difference to him, might even save him time - she said she was unable to disturb driver because he had so many deliveries to make. I then asked if she could simply text him. No not possible either apparently. Argued with her for a few more minutes before hanging up. If your driver is so overstretched that he can't take 30 seconds to change a delivery address on his list then you should hire a second driver to assist with the deliveries. I should definitely be able to edit the address if the driver has not set off for the destination - things happen! Even more so if the two delivery addresses are literally two minutes walk from each other. Very disappointed and £70 wasted. Also, why is the lady so rude?

   Was in a hurry to get flowers. Was charged £5 for a rose.... I needed 5, so it's £25. If I wasn't in a rush I wouldn't have gotten it. A bouquet would have cost £10 from Saintsburys. Told the staff to remove the thorns. The flowers still have thorns in them. Perhaps the flowers are imported, but I felt that they are grossly overpriced. I felt like I was annoying the lady at the counter as she's giving me this stern answers whenever I asked her anything. No recommendations, nothing. I appreciate that she's busy making some bouquet, but I would also appreciate some friendliness as a customer. I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because she does have great selection of flowers.
