   I like H&M but today my shopping experience was poor. The male on the fitting rooms at around 2:15pm was very rude. He quite literally stepped into my space and effectively told me off for taking something off the hanger and putting one pair of jeans on the wrong rack (I was in the middle of comparing the two colours!). The pair I took partly off the hanger I put straight back on and still had it held in my hand and I eventually bought that pair. Not sure when it became an issue to look at items you are interested in buying!

   The shoes they sell lately is a total scam. Only good for a few times wear, yet they charge over 30 quid for one pair. Wore once only, and it's already damaged. Horrible!

   There are many clothing options for women, men and children. My 5 year old daughter enjoyed browsing the selection available. We picked some items from the clearance rack that she particularly liked. Customer service was great. Cashed out very quickly.

We met her at the till, she greeted us with a huge smile, walked us through the account process and helped us get a discount. She took the time to show us step by step how to activate everything on my phone. She folded everything ever so neatly which is a rarity these days. She made lovely conversation with us and was extremely friendly and efficient. We can’t wait to return to meet her again. She’s given us a new memory of H and M.    Fitting rooms are splendid. Cashiers don't mess about. The store is usually pretty tidy and I don't have any trouble finding something I need/want. Sometimes there are some massive discounts and I get really nice bargains that I have treasured for years. I'm also very happy about the conscious line/ organic cotton range They have a recycling scheme as well. I'm proud of their attention to economic commodity
