   Visited today to pick an online order. Some confusion to begin with because we could not share the original order number (our bad) but when this was eventually resolved there was a system glitch that prevented them handing over the order. Staff were most unhelpful and just told us to call Customer Services. We did, but the staff would still not hand over the order. Bottom line, yes there were some unusual circumstances, but they showed no customer service skills whatsoever. Sorry to say.

   Not much to say really, took granddaughter to look for something for college and everything a bit pricey for what it was quality wise and didn't buy anything. Staff not very helpful and item sizes not available on items she did like.

   I visited your Newark store on 24/5/22, and whilst trying on some Jean's, I felt a sharp scratch along my leg. Inside the jeans pocket were 3 security tags ( separated, so they were like sharp pins) I took these security tags and jeans, and said to your assistant, "I had a complaint" and her reply was " that's not a complaint, that's normal, shop lifters take take them off and put them in the pockets, and we don't have time to check pockets" (Surely if this is the norm, you would think that the pockets on jeans would be checked) I was absolutely flabbergasted with this reply, and said to her " you need better security and security tags" and her reply was " and who's gonna pay for that? not peacocks, I only work here, I get less than £10 an hour, I don't even want to be here, I can't wait to go home" I didn't get the ladies name, as she was not wearing a name badge, and nothing to say her name on the receipt, I'm not sure if this is their company policy not to wear name badges. Shop assistant didn't even apologise, just carried on scanning and chucking the clothes at me. And to top it all off I had to return to the store because she had scanned an item twice. IF I COULD HAVE GIVEN ZERO STARS I WOULD HAVE

   Items quite cheap, but you have to know what you want or you can get carried away. Don't like the fact you don't have clothes put into bags anymore. Staff are helpful but very busy especially at weekend.
