   Not recommended~ the staff is very unfriendly and doesnt seems interested in serving customer. Came in when the store is empty to get a bouquet where I choose the flower in place, she spoke so fast and was rushing to get it done. I asked a question and suggestion but what comes out from her wasnt a friendly advice or guidance in choosing the flower. Its all just it depends, with no further engagement. By the time I finished paying, she just said bye.

   Gorgeous, stunning flowers thank you Fran. It couldn't be more magical we are delighted. For my Wedding ceremony Fran done my flower head band, belt and bouquet and flowers for my husband's jacket. All was stunning and not only our guests were amazed but everywhere we passed people commented on how wonderful the flowers were it was a real things of beauty I have never seen before in such meticulous and magnificent detailing. Truly a very fine florist. Our Summer wedding ceremony was marvellous thank you Fran for your amazing arrangements, you were a wonderful part of our ceremony and we are so so grateful.    Spectacular and long lasting bouquets. I always order my mum the white and green arrangement and each time, the bouquet arrives different but within the colour scheme ...flowers are seasonal, duh. Her bouquets last over 2 weeks. I live in CA and my mum is in the UK and even with the time difference and special requests, The Fresh Flower Company always fulfills my order promptly and keep me updated. Wonderful service and the US flower industry need to take note from The Fresh Flower Company.

   The photos of the bunches on the website are very deceiving and certainly not reflective of what your order will look like. I ordered the top 'Luxury' bouquet and although nice, it's not nearly as full as the one shown. It would be better to take new pics of what will really be sent, saving any disappointment.

   Fantastic! Glorious selection of some really luscious colorful super Fresh looking flowers. They only have the best, nothing wilted or days old like some places I’ve been. Pricing around £40-60 for a large bouquet. Good service and polite staff!

   I was lucky enough to receive two beautiful bunches of flowers the other day for my birthday from The Fresh Flower Co Ltd. Both exquisite. So fresh, beautiful quality, and lovely mix of flowers. Definitely my favourite local florist, love popping into the shop too!!
