   Trevor is an experienced and knowledgeable financial adviser. But most importantly for us he is honest. He listened to our requirements, which were a bit out of the ordinary and found a suitable financial product for our needs. He provided alternatives and explained the pros and cons relevant to our circumstances. We were buying a house in Scotland and needed proof of funds at the offer stage and access within 4 weeks (the Scottish house-buying system is so much fairer and quicker!). With Trevor's help we were able to complete the purchase in just 5 weeks. Our dream of a wee cottage for our retirement in now a reality! Clearwater Financial Planning in one word: INTEGRITY.

   We used Trevor at Clearwater for our first mortgage and he was absolutely brilliant!! He guided us clearly through everything with it being our first time we had lots of questions. He was always there to help us with things we didn't understand. We felt we were treated like he really cared about helping us to achieve our first home.
