I think some items are priced reasonably but others not so much. I got 3 dvds, and they were £1.50 each, which I think is very steep compared to a LOT of other charity shops in nottingham. Most other charity shops charge 10p or at least possibly 5 for £1.00. There wasn't any price guide at the dvd section which makes me believe it's to get people to bring dvds to the till, in the hopes that customers think they'll be cheap so it won't matter, and then they get to the till and it's quite expensive (again, these are for second hand dvds that haven't been tested to see if they work) I paid £4.50 for 3 dvds, which is quite pricey to me especially in comparison to a LOT of other charity shops around. Like I said, most other things are quite reasonably priced in there. I think the media is just a bit too much, considering it's not very a very popular item people buy in charity shops, and I think they could probably sell a lot more off, if they were cheaper. They always have a very big selection of dvds in that shop which I like and appreciate, I do just think for what they are, it's a bit much to charge almost £2.00 PER dvd.

Iv seen coffee tables with scratches and marks on that been sold for £50 and yet "the range" are selling the same products brand new for £45. I went in for a 3 quaternary length leather that was £25, so I asked her if she would take 15 for it. No she said, the price you see is the price you pay. So I said £15 in the till is better than £25 STILL on the hanger

Most of the stuff is well over priced. Across the road books are 3 for 75p in Age Concern £1 for one... as an example. Some of their clothing is dearer than buying it new in town. It is certainly very clean and the staff are polite and pleasant though one of them wears perfume similar to fly spray which can catch in the throat. We tend to go in just to see how 'shocked' we can be by the price of a second hand sofa, we actually buy elsewhere...

One of the nicest charity shops I've had the pleasure of working and shopping at. The staff are all wonderful and i appreciated all of the help that they put toward the elderly.
