    Also, like others asked Sue Ryder to collect donated furniture from my flat. I sent pictures beforehand. When the staff arrived, they said they couldn't take 3 out of the 5 items I wanted to donate as the manager wanted items in excellent condition!? The sofa had the tiniest scratch. Was also left with a wardrobe and chest of drawers a day before I was due to move out. They have some great items for sale and I used to use them regularly. But, due to new management it seems, they've let me and plenty of others down. Unless your stuff is immaculate, I would avoid Sue Ryder and go to another charity for collections instead.

    Had agreed collection of furniture items but on day of collection was infirmed that they had had a big delivery the pervious day now hadn't got room and now wouldn't take brown furniture. They knew what was being delivered as everything being collected is logged. This has left us with a big problem. Definately won't be donating to Sue Ryder again. Don't trust Sherwood Sue Ryder

    I emailed the sue ryder shop to take furniture. they asked for photos of the items which I did. They sent me a date and time. The van arrived on time but then rejected the furniture, because they were painted!! absolutely a waste of time.Paula Newbold

    Vile place, vile staff. The manager Jo doesn’t have a clue about customer service and to say you’re a charity for people the staff have got no consideration for children with learning difficulties. Will not be returning nor will I be going to a single one of these shops again. Will be calling head office. Manager doesn’t deserve the title.
