Popped in today for a beautiful (potted) mini Christmas tree and some holly. What a lovely lady and a gorgeous shop!

Unfortunately I picked up a hydrangea plant ready to buy and was treated with terrible customer service. I was holding the plant to judge if I could carry it home, and the plant was snatched from my hands by the sales advisor. I was then greeted with sarcastic and belittling comments. What a horrible experience. I do not recommend coming here. The plants were lovely, the people however..

Lovely, honest people. I didn't shop here but my wife dropped her wallet (with her ID, credit cards, and £25 in it) nearby and the ladies at this store picked it up, contacted security, then even searched for my wife on social media to try to contact her. They happily returned the wallet to us after a security guard brought us to their shop.

In-person shopping experience was lovely. Peonies wrapped with water to ensure flowers remain fresh for our long journey. However, my mother’s birthday peonies failed to open in a week and they had black spots on the stems. When asking politely what could be done about it, I was given a lecture about how I hadn’t looked after the plant and why the stems are too long to the vase… as if I was some intern wasting a client’s entire wedding order… then I was told refunds can only happen in person. I said I cannot go back to get refunded in person as I live too far from the shop. Eventually, I was called back and refunded. Mixed experience, so overall I will not shop there again.

Great store, stock is all cohesive and cute. The lady that served us was down to earth and genuine. She offered well informed advice after we bought a plant as to how to take care of it. I assume most of these negative reviews are from entitled tourists many of which not understanding British humour and sarcasm.

Wonderful Borough Market florist and plant shop, with a good seed section too. A great deal of plants in a small space, with some beautiful bouquets made each morning. Sharon and her staff are always incredibly kind and helpful. The flowers are always in perfect condition too and they know how to wrap them attractively. Strongly recommend.

I chanced upon this beautiful store in Borough Market and was excited to finally find some suitable plants for my flat. It was a disappointing encounter as the lady helping me was extremely rude and condescending. I asked a few questions about what lighting to keep my new plants in and how often to water them and each question was met with disdain and irritation. I'm not an overly sensitive person but I left feeling dumb and bullied. Please do not go. PS: There were two ladies minding the store so maybe one of them was nicer than the other and I was just unlucky.

The woman who runs this is a real piece of work. Extremely rude and handles the plants with the least amount of care. I bought 2 succulents (because they were priced better than the other plant stall in the market) and I asked to have them wrapped so they would be protected in transit. Salty attendant refused while sitting on a stack of paper to wrap plants with. She obviously has issues, I don't recommend.
