   I had such a positive experience with Marslands Accountants and would recommend them to anyone. Abi Harris, Chris Oddy, and Thomas Coombe are all outstanding. Abi handled my initial call and followed everything up so quickly and professionally, setting the tone for the whole experience. Chris made my meetings easy to follow and guided me through each stage of my accounts with real patience, understanding, and clarity. Thomas was always quick to respond to my questions and offered calm, clear reassurance — especially during the final steps. Before instructing Marslands, I spent time watching Michele’s YouTube videos, which were incredibly helpful. Her explanations and calm reassurance gave me the confidence to go ahead — they really made the difference. A big thank you also to the team working hard behind the scenes — including Aileen Covel, and others whose names I may not know — the staff we don’t see over email who handle all the financial and admin tasks that keep everything running smoothly. Their fees initially made me pause, but the reassurance, ease of communication, and genuine kindness made it completely worth it. My final payment was much lower than expected, and I truly felt looked after by a team who clearly work incredibly hard — yet remain warm, generous with their time, and fully human throughout. They’re not just efficient — they’re kind, thorough, and genuinely invested in helping their clients. A brilliant team!

   I needed a bit of help with the LPC. I approached Marslands first and was slightly put off by the cost. I looked around and found that although they are not the cheapest accountants out there you get what you pay for. One point of contact (Chris) who explains everything in plain language. He took all the stress out of the process. Quick, efficient and professional. My offer to HMRC was accepted on the first submission and I ended up paying much less than I expected. This is a real accountancy firm with real humans working on your file. I will be using this firm again. Thank you Chris and all at Marslands.

   Required the support of accountancy services to help us resolve an urgent issue and after reviewing the Marslands YouTube presentations felt very comfortable this company had the experience and knowledge in moving us forward. Followed up with a summary discussion over the phone and general e mail support the work began to evolve and finally we met to review and discuss the financial outcome. It was well considered and thought through and the cost was so much lower than I had imagined.

I've seen the business grow and with it the wonderful impact they have on the community with all their many fine fundraising efforts.
