A really happy, fun shop where the staff seem to enjoy volunteering. We visit on a Sunday and it’s always welcoming and fun!
Interesting to read all the other reviews. Can certainly relate and I think it was the manager I was speaking to as well. I seen two robots for my son and they priced one at £5 and the other one saying it was worth £75 with a quick google search. Turns out it wasn’t even the right toy they were comparing to. Tried charging me £25 when I showed them on eBay it was £5-£10. I would have LOVED to support a charity but unfortunately to be robbed that much for something they got for free and my contributions would be for charity is unfair. I could tell the man beside her tried to allow it for £15 but she wasn’t having any of it. I think they need to research h their pricing better. Because I just got it on eBay for £10 inc postage.
Absolute snob of a manager wanted to purchase £15 vintage fire truck for son and she told him to stop playing with item. Toddler had a tantrum in shop what a rude Karen
Disappointed with the prices. Too expensive, £6 for a top is too much. I feel that as second hand shopping is becoming more popular some charity shops are increasing their prices. This is unfair to those who have always relied on second hand shopping to be able to meet their needs. From a sustainability point of view it also does little to dissuade people from going to the likes of Primark where they can find something brand new for a similar price. I just think charity shops are getting greedy

I work here so naturally I'm going to give it 5 stars. The staff are fun and hard working. Most are friends now and a fair few of the regular customers are in a similar position. We're all friendly and ready to help.
