A prime example of a business who takes on more than they can handle. The guy, James, forgets who you are, the staff don't even know who you are or what's going on. The payroll isn't submitted in time so I'm getting the penalties from HMRC. I wish I kept it in house now or left it to my accountant. AVOID.
