   Ordered a baby cot and was to be delivered by 21/08/2019 and still hasn't been delivered nor have I had an explanation as to why it hasnt arrived!! I also cant get through to enquires on the telephone number listed on their Website....Also paid for Postage...This company owes me £138:02 so I shall be contacting Trading Standards today to open an investigation!!!

   If I could give zero stars I would. Cancelled order for a bed but was sent and charged for the bed anyway. Have contacted the company numerous times and asked for it to be collected and refunded but have had no response. Will be contacting trading standards and have raised issue with wowcher. Absolutely appalling. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

   Ordered a tv unit of Wowcher after 2 weeks it turned up and the wrong colour took me days of ringing and emailing for them to never answer, I direct messaged Wowcher on Facebook soon as they got in contact with Jia interiors they them emailed me back, anyway after 4 weeks of emailing back an forth Jia only reply once a day! They promised to send me a white tv unit different style after waiting in all day on the delivery day they never turned up! Got back onto Wowcher they told Wowcher they have no white in stock and never offered me a different one just for me to keep the black unit an they offered me £20 back! So after them lying to Wowcher a white tv unit turned up broken in half. Even now they are still saying no they have no white ones left! Keep ignoring my question that I want my full refund! Good job I payed with PayPal soon as I told Wowcher I was going to open a dispute Wowcher offered me my full refund which I have now received. DO NOT ORDER OF JIA INTERIOR THEY ARE CONS! Don’t deliver what you pay for and send snapped in half goods! Absolutely rubbish company! They don’t even deserve one star either!

   I had an absolutly awful experiance when buying a cot from JIA Interiors through Wowcher. Wrong cot turned up and i had to argue with them before they admitted that it was not the correct one. Then it took weeks of chasing to get the correct cot sent out and even longer to get the wrong cot picked back up. The first cot i received was not even CE approved. I ordered the cot almost 2 months before our little one was due and it arrived after she was born !! Item was found with an RRP of between £100 and £120 on several other sites. NOT the £379.99 that was claimed on wowcher. I redeemed the voucher on around the 20th August and received the correct cot 6 weeks later. The wrong cot was picked up finally today, (20th October), nearly 2 months after receiving it. I had to log a support ticket with Wowcher for assistamve and we exchanged a total of 39 emails between us to resolve the issue. I was advised that the pick up would be Monday 22nd or Tuesday 23rd but picked up on Saturday 20th just as we were about to go out. Would NEVER order from this company again. I would give 0 stars if i could. Just to add. The customer service number on their site is never answered and does not have a message facility. They have also not apologised for any of the inconvieniance that they have caused !!!

   What a con. Purchased a Woucher voucher for a child's cot and promised delivery date which failed to materialise. Still no delivery and reading other reviews looks like I am another scam victim of theirs. Tried repeatedly to contact them but they do not answer phone. £120 has now left my account but fortunately paid by credit card and am in process of trying to recover my money from Woucher. My advice is have nothing to do with this shower. Also read all the other reviews and have a look at the photo on their website entitled "Look Outside" that gives you some idea. How do these people get away with this. Spent most of Friday morning on the phone to Woucher and my bank.
