Found some amazing toys for my 2 girls who's birthdays are in November. The gent who runs the shop helped me loads of times and I heard him greet and offer help to every customer who walked in. Also, the lady at the till was lovely. Offered to carry my 4 bags to the car for me as I was carrying my daughter and already had shopping to carry too. That's the personal touch, that's service. Thank you!!!
