Lovely shop, always clean and tidy with plenty of choice. Staff nice and friendly.
An incredibly well maintained and well stocked shop with welcoming, hard working and passionate staff for whom nothing is ever too much hassle. The atmosphere inside the shop is always very pleasant indeed and the range and presentation of the merchandise on sale is fantastic. It's always a pleasure to visit this brilliant branch and the staff are every asset to the business!

Staff rude, eventhough this female member of staff is a volunteer and she was on her own, very rude and I won't be shopping in there again, Ive just been in to the Spondon shop completely different, very nice helpful staff
