   I pre-ordered my wedding bouquet and bridesmaids’ rose & was told to pay upfront in advance. On the day of collection, the florist was late and kept me waiting for 40 minutes. As a bride, I had other appointments and responsibilities that day, so this added unnecessary stress. When I finally took everything to the venue, I realised the bridesmaids’ roses had been cut down into boutonnières without my permission, and the main bouquet looked tacky, poorly arranged, and nothing like what was agreed. Hours of planning and anticipation were wasted seeing my carefully chosen flowers completely ruined. When I called the florist, I was told to go elsewhere to see if another florist could fix it, with the promise of reimbursement. Completely unacceptable, I should have been resting before my big day, not running around. Since May, I was told she would get back to me. I chased several times and have had no refund, no apology, and no explanation. Instead, both the wife and husband were combative rather than taking accountability. A total waste of money, time, and stress. Save yourself the headache and go to a florist who actually delivers what you pay for and understands customer service. You can get better-looking flowers and professional service elsewhere!

   2 Stars because I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be sent on mothers day and they forgot our order. I explained that I wasn't from the area and asked if they could be delivered on the Sunday, they said that would be no problem. After waiting to hear from my mother-in-law to see if she had received the flowers we eventually called her in the late afternoon asking if she had received anything, she said no and so we called Rathbone and asked where abouts they were with the deliveries. They said that all flowers had been delivered and there was none for the address we provided. I luckily had email evidence of our correspondence and they then explained that they 'forgot' about our order and they would not be able to send any flowers to her that day. The only reason why I am not leaving just 1 star is that the bouquet, when it was finally delivered, was very nice, it's just a shame that they weren't delivered on the day we had agreed upon.

   Was not happy with the flowers, went in to order a set of birthday flowers for my sister. I would have thought as a florist they would know how to put a nice set together, left unhappy. Even called the store as I was so embarrassed at the time to ask if i could change the flowers and if the lady could rearrange it but sadly she said she could only rearrange and not change because ‘apparently’ that is what I wanted. Even though I stated I wanted a nice bright pink and red brunch of flowers for a birthday!!!! :(

   Not knowing a great deal about flowers, I have bought bouquets from here several times and they have not failed me. I just give them a indication of what I like and give them a budget and allow them to create me a bouquet. Each time, I have bought from here they have been well received. Can’t comment on their delivery but instore they have delivered a nice bunch and decent service
