   Great B&M branch with helpful staff. Usually has a good level of stock with most items available. It is easy to park as part of a large retail park and to move around the store. The store is usually very clean, but can get busy at times. Has good seasonal range and also good range of pet food and pet produce.

   I live within a 2 minute walk so always in here. There seems to be an entire new staff team in store and I have to say most of them now are rude and ignorant it's that bad I drive 6 miles to the Netherfield store now

   Left speechless today. I care for my blind mother and took her shopping here today. She had some paracetamol along with alot of other items. I had a few birthday cards and some senna tablets. I had put my shopping separate, but my mum told the lady to put my bits on her bit. Very kind of my mum. My mum was then told that I couldn't buy the paracetamol and senna together (there is no connection or rules regarding buying both together that I can sauce. Senna is herble). I said I would buy it separately no problem. Iwas very rudely told I couldn't because we are together. I then explained I'm assisting my mum. I'll pop her in the car and come back in, to which I was told they would NOT serve me as they knew we were together! Absolute madness. No ethical reasons at all. Will not shop here again on principle and shop a mess and lots of hazards for blind people. Would leave no stars if able to.
