   Samantha’s flower shop is amazing. I have bought from there few times and they will make up small or large bouquets according to your needs and budget. The flowers always last longer. Thank you. They helped me with the purchase of fireworks as my husband bought the wrong which means too big even though he was advised by Samantha’s staff which ones would be suitable. Thank you so much!

   My first time buying a bouquet of flowers! The young girl in the shop was very helpful. I asked if I could pick them up the next day, and she said she would do a fresh bouquet for me. Very happy with the service, great arrangement & will definitely use again in the future!

   Ordered a hat box arrangement for my Aunties 90th Birthday. Just said pastel colours would be nice, was so thrilled with what Samantha’s came up with. Everyone commented on how beautiful the flowers well and they smelled lovely too! Definitely recommend, I don’t know of a better florist.

   Amazing flowers made into coffin sprays and words for my parents' funeral. They were so beautiful. Even the funeral directors sent a message to the celebrant to say how lovely they were. Cannot recommend Samantha highly enough. So helpful and understanding of our needs at such a sad time Everything was perfect for the day

   Wow! Every year for numerous occasions I always go to Samantha’s and still to this day the quality of her work amazes me! Nothing is too hard for her. She goes out of her way to get exactly what the customer has asked for. Her customer service is also outstanding. She really takes the time and care which is what anyone would really want. Polite and friendly. I can’t rate her and her staff higher. Thank you so much. I dare say I’ll be in again soon.

   Local florist. I decided to use for my Mum's funeral arrangement. The blonde lady was rude and cold, with no customer service skills. The floral arrangement made how ever was lovely. What I had asked for was quite pacific, the flowers were very important to get right. The secondary flowers I ordered at short notice for delivery the same day due to my daughters flowers not being delivered by her own florist for Mums funeral were again lovely. I was some what torn about writing this review. I would not use Samanths Flowers again. The whole experience left me with a uneasy feeling because of that first and subsequent interactions. From some of the reviews I later saw on line, I see this attuide is not a one off. It cost nothing to be polite, and I believe that you are losing repeat custom and word of mouth recommendations which is a shame for a local business I would have liked to support.

   Used this flower shop for a recent sympathy spray. Ordered a week before needed. Very friendly and helpful, prompt service. Reasonably priced, delivered fresh on the day. Would definitely use this shop again in the future.
