Very disappointed with this firm. I used them to file self assessment for several years. I went along happily believing everything was in order, but then found out that an incorrect entry had been made, something I had not done. The error meant a large back payment was owed to HMRC. I explained the situation in an email and advised that I’d be moving to a different firm. I politely requested that previous records be sent to me. Everyone makes mistakes, and I wish this small firm well, but it was very poor to have made a mistake and not even reply to an email about it. I’ll happily remove this 1 star review if the matter should be satisfactorily resolved.
