You can never get served staff doing nothing one till big queues close it down one of the worst pounlands ,you have better ones you close what a joke this place is
Has a wide variety of everything you need. Nice handy local place. Which is good value.
Staff are lovely and helpful to the best of they're ability (they're horrendously understaffed mind) can't expect low prices without a few corners cut so expect a wait at peak times. But again the skeleton staff do do they're best to serve ASAP and help find stuff once they're had a move round. Thanks guys and gals
More staff with a customer service provider or training would help this store improve

Since its refit it seems to have lost a variety of products but not just on the one section
Great bargains to be had, nice, clean and shelving is well spaced, also has a clothing section (Pep and Co) on site
Very well stocked with good priced items. Recently had improvements done, including fridges....clean, welcoming. The staff are friendly and helpful
Poundland is great, easy access and parking as it sits in the retail park. It provides great bargains and regularly updates seasonal product isle. I go here a lot to get cleaning products for a good price. The staff at ilkeston are helpful, friendly and always polite to me when I go in.
A guaranteed bargain on every aisle! You can normally find all the little bits, bobs and brands you love at a fraction of the price of other big brand retailers, and the staff are always happy to help. You can get just about anything at Poundland whether you want beauty products or kitchen utensils, baby products or pet supplies there's something for everyone! And why pay more when you can save money and treat yourself for being so savvy. This particular store has a large section of clothing from Pep&Co and have just expanded it a little more, you can find some amazing clothes for the whole family and at the prices they charge compared to high street stores you don't mind that your kids are growing as you watch them. All in all I'd say it's definitely worth a visit.
