   I've been to this store fairly regularly as I live nearby, and have always found them quite friendly and helpful despite their product knowledge being poor. Today, however, I went in with my 3 y.o. and spent some time deciding on a mascara with the various deals they had on. Instead of coming over and offering help, they clearly blindly decided I was up to no good and took up a blatant watch at either end of the aisle. I have never stolen in my life and even have a loyalty card with them, so I have no idea what gave them this idea, but it was so obvious it made me uncomfortable. After a few minutes of this 'karen' behaviour I had enough, put back the items I had selected and went and bought the exact same over at Boots, with a much warmer reception. I was fuming at Superdrugs behaviour and lack of customer service skills (or even basic human deceny) so due to 5 or 10 minutes of foolish employee grandeur they've successfully lost a loyal customer of about 20 years.

   SuperDrug is GREAT for Selling Most things that are not Tested on Animals & has the small Rabbit on the back ! NO CRUELTY ON ANIMALS

   Really good store, good prices, other staff stocking up were all smiles until I got to the till because I said no thank you for a store points card the ladies attitude changed and was miserable, wouldn't make conversation and when I said bye she looked away it has really put me off going now.
