So unhelpful on checking orders both in store and over the telephone. They always seem to have an excuse why they can't check! I've been waiting 2 days to collect an order that should have been ready for next day collection!

Normally friendly helpful staff but today, I went to buy a childrens sun tan lotion at the till to find it had been wrongly priced even though I had checked it was priced right and told yes it was on the bottom shelf because it was in clearance. The lady at the till went to look at the place and said it must have been labelled wrong and even though I told her the other lady had said it was put on the bottom shelf because it was in clearance she wouldn't sell it me. Not good practice at all and she was quite rude.
Shop there regularly. Not far from my work. Staff always polite.
Loads of shopping choice, very helpful young store assistants, friendly, polite and efficient. Would recommend band will shop in store again.
