I came wed 4/12/24, I had a few things I needed to find. Came across a young member of staff with long dark hair and glasses she was so attentive to my needs she gave me all the help I required. Nice to see a smile at this busy time of year for sales assistants. Thank you very much, you made my day.
Poor pharmacist and staff. 3 people didn’t serve me stood in front of a till at the medicine I needed. Someone turned up at the medicine area and they were served before me. Rude response was I was in the wrong area. Literally 6 feet from 3 members of staff. I wanted over the counter medication not prescriptions so how it makes sense to say that stood at a retail till is as strange as the customer care.
Excellent service. Electronic prescription was there as I arrived after just a few minutes from leaving surgery. My medication dispensed in 10m and I was given advice as to how to use it by the dispenser. What could be better.

It's a cute store, very friendly
Don't know what is happening with the Pharmacy. Twice now we have had to cancel vital vaccinations. This was due to them not ordering vital ampils when instructed to do so.
I think the pharmacy team here are brilliant, especially the male pharmacist who often works the late shift. Always goes above and beyond to give advice.
Unfortunately understaffed at the moment, but that is the only fault I can find. The staff are welcoming, helpful, pleasant and always on hand if you want help or advice. The products are averagely priced, but well presented and all the isles are well signed. Will definitely go back. Thank you to all the staff there.
