   seems very unprofessional. We gave iPhone 11 to them. He just look at the appearance then said 100 pounds. Not checking any other thing. Not even open iPhone to have a look. Like random price

   Don't touch with a 10 foot pole. I bought a power drill from these guys online, it never turned up and tracking showed it was not signed for by me, presumably delivered to the wrong location. They refused to refund me, then gamed the dispute system to stop me leaving negative feedback. Will be getting a chargeback against them to get my money back.

   Wanted to sell my Apple Watch so went here . The woman sat there holding the crown down (not power button) saying it’s dead . We pointed out how to turn it on . She looked it up and offered me £60 for a series 6 product red even CeX was offering 120 and we all know they’re a rip off . So £60 is an outright insult . Complete lack of knowledge and professionalism . Try elsewhere!

   Sold me a faulty Xbox and in was in warranty so took it back and they said I had opened up the Xbox ?! To avoid repairing it or giving me a refund. Absolutely disgusting
