Recently had an operation and my mother-in-law kindly ordered some flowers for me. Unfortunately, on the second day they started to die so, sad to say they must have been old stock. This is not the first time i havent been happy about the quality of flowers used.
Needed flowers for a funeral so I went to the shop, ordered them and paid for it to be collected the day after. At the time of collection I was given an arrangement filled with cheap flowers not the ones I paid for! I asked why, and the person who was different from the one who served me on the previous day, simply shrugged her shoulders turning her back to me saying that the flowers needed to be ordered weeks before! I understood their business "strategy" and as I was already going through one tragedy I simply left the shop. They didn't have the right to receive my money without giving me the choice to get a different arrangement unless of course they didn't have anything better to offer. Advice: if you run out of time to buy a seriously nice bouquet go to Costco, they have beautiful and original flowers. Pease, stay away from this place for your own sake.
