   I rang to ask if they could look and possibly repair my home bike ramp. I was asked to send in photos via What App which I did the same day and they would contact me to let me know. I could see the photos had been seen/read the same day. No response after 4 days so I messaged again to ask if anyone could come back to me. The message was read the same day and still no contact. A week after I sent the photos in I rang again and politely asked if someone was going to come back to me. The lady on the phone said she speaks to hundreds of customers but would speak to Shaun that day and someone would call me that day. 2 days later and still no contact from them. It's disappointing because they were recommended to me. I'm sure they are very busy or maybe they don't want or need the work but it only takes a moment to make a phone call or respond via text.

It was mentioned that you left our workshop cleaner than you found it ? The kit you supplied is way better than I expected and will clearly out last me. We are very pleased with the job.
