   Very Rude owner. I emailed them to explain my PC's fault. Someone replied telling me to drop the PC in to them and their engineer would look at it. I went in the next day. Spoke to a lady (possibly the owner) who was quite abrupt and asked why I hadn't made an appointment. "Because I was told to just drop it in" I replied truthfully. She eventually let me in the building, allowed me to explain in detail the problem, took my PC off me, locked it behind a secure door...had me fill out my details on a form, and then ....once she had my PC...only then did she tell me that they only had one engineer, and he was off sick (I'm not suprised having met his boss) and that there was no timescale of when he was due back. Obviously I didn't want to wait until they hire a new engineer so decided straight away to go to another shop. When I asked for my computer back, she got angry and was very rude before eventually slamming the door in my face. I was obviously displeased that she had wasted so much of my time and had actually taken the computer off me before admitting that they had no-one available to repair it, however I didn't raise my voice or swear, (she did shout however) and I wasn't intimidating in any way. I suspect that she was un-used to having someone who had the temerity to complain, and the staff (it was just her) were in no way threatened. She didnt ask me to leave. I stormed out!
