We were served a few a weeks ago by the lovely Bonnie and Adam. I believe this was during Bonnie’s training period but she was amazing, smiley and very helpful. Along with Adam who was training her being incredibly helpful. I was so impressed with the customer service. Thank you both for getting my little bear charm fixed. 5 star staff.

Brought this Heart charm , The gem has fallen out the middle , Also had to replace the red arrow heart on the end WOULD DEFINITELY RECCOMMEND NOT buying you’re charms from here i’ve never had a problem with my pandora charms until now both of my charms i’ve bought from this store are now broken. Which is ridiculous cause they was the quite expensive ones costing me £60 each one. Would never purchase another charm from this shop again. Other pandoras have been a good experience for me , THIS ONE WAS TERRIBLE
