    I have attended child psychotherapy for a couple of years and have seen such an improvement in myself, not only with feeling able to talk about things that I couldn’t have before therapy but feeling able to admit that it’s okay to not be okay at times

    Awful to be honest. I was in therapy for about 2 years and the psychiatrist never really understood me. I have a learning disability aswell as anxiety and I feel it was a waste of time coming here.
