I went to see Alan as I was really struggling with anxiety. After two sessions my anxiety levels have reduced loads and all the over thinking has stopped. Right away Alan made me feel at ease and he was so easy to talk too. I would definitely recommend Alan to anyone who is struggling.
I went to Alan after having had a couple of falls from my horse which had tipped my anxiety and fear over the edge. I've always been a worrier who doesn't sleep well but the fear was really starting to cripple me and was affecting my relationship with my horse. We took a double pronged approach and concentrated on my anxiety specifically around getting back onto the horse (literally) and work related anxiety. I only had 2 sessions and I feel so much better, I've even been sleeping right through the night instead of catastrophising. I know my horse is much happier with the more relaxed me too! Such a weight has been lifted...

Went and seen Alan 3 weeks ago for help with smoking. Absolutely brilliant haven't had a smoke haven't even wanted one. Couldn't recommend him enough
Went to Alan for weight loss, didn't know what to expect but he made me feel very relaxed and the session was stress free. I'm at day 5 and have noticed a real change in my attitude to food and a complete lack of craving - here's hoping!
