   Yume has redesigned two pieces of family jewellery for me, making three beautiful bracelets, earrings and a pendant. She has been a delight to work with throughout the process, including inviting my mum to come along and share her thoughts and memories of the jewellery that was reworked. She kept me undated on cost and options and guided me when I felt torn on decisions. She’s somehow translated my half formed thoughts into exactly what i wanted (but couldn’t describe!). What she has created is beautiful, stylish prices that I will treasure and hand on to my children. They have Yume’s unique style and are so wearable and I am constantly complimented on them. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

   I went to Yume with jewellery that was left to me by a very close friend, which I wanted redesigned to maintain the sentimentality but in a style that was personal and wearable. From the outset, I felt I could trust Yume because of her appreciation of the sensitivity of the pieces. She was able to guide me through options, designs and costs so that everything was transparent, whilst maintaining care and respect consistently. Yume really understood the importance of my wishes and kept me informed throughout of the progress, whilst ensuring we were completely in sync with the final pieces. I am thrilled with my 'new' rings and necklace which have totally kept the significance of the original items but are now absolutely personal and unique. I am so pleased to have jewellery I can wear everyday, which is so special. Thank you Yume for helping me feel at ease throughout this personal and sensitive project.

   My wife donated most of her jewellery to a Hospice which she still supports and is desperate for funding after Covid. She kept a few pieces, a gold Teddy, an angel, a chain and a heavy silver necklace. Family and friends sent her money to have them remodelled. I was impressed with a pendant made in a figure of eight, sacred symbol in Buddhism. This is Karma meaning : "What come round goes round" There are other Devon Artisans who have since created better, hence the downgrade in stars. Sorry, but the silver dragonfly and gold, chains so thin but price so high.

   Of course I don't recommend any way to Yumme, she made our band wedding rings of my husband Jerome and me and she never was interested about my opinion about the rings, I don't like the style, I don't like how much gold it has, and the worst is the price, so expensive for such horrible rings, I send a email to Yume to PAY again and remake and change the rings and she just ignored me. My husband Jerome we will have to remake the rings with someone profesional and NO just with wherever person just because she is the friend of his mum. All our friends and also my husband think the rings seems like old grandmother ring. Just terrible and embarrasing situation. Really dissapointed and angry to let her to do our wedding band rings.

   We are so glad we chose Yumé to make our wedding jewellery, amongst other pieces. Her style of jewellery is unique (we get a lot of compliments), her gold and gemstones are ethically sourced, and she provides an exceptional service, which feels very personal. I would highly recommend a visit.
