    Straight forward process, if you have poor credit but you have good payment streaks on credit file. utilised all credit improvements you can and it is just your Iva holding you back this is a brilliant way to obtain a loan and get on the right track. They do perform credit checks as it is a loan but once your Iva has been paid off it’s shows you are no longer in an Iva and can move forward fantastic service and a good way to finish an Iva a couple of years early. I think the poor reviews are from people who have not passed credit checks but you need to ensure you don’t miss payments etc direct debits for example to be able to pass the check. consider this before applying that’s what I will say.

    IVA company transferred me to Sprout Loans after I was eligible and have had nothing but positive experiences so far. Was late paying my minimum payments a few times so simply called them up to explain and asked when I could pay and they would call to collect payment but if moving the payment date would be easier for me then they could do this. Each time I've called they've always been polite and helpful. So far I haven't got a bad word to say about this company.

    My IVA practitioner forwarded me to this company in regards to an early iva settlement as they specialise in IVA's. They performed a credit check, obviously people in IVA cannot obtain credit so why are the IVA companies forwarding people to them? Waste of time. If i would pass a credit check i would get a loan to repay my IVA.

    Positive - polite company Negatives - Have to go phone They give you false hope - which if you have needed up going to them is all you have and devastating when it given and taken away. I was told to wait 24-48 hrs and declined due to my circumstances - It was my circumstances that led me to them or I would have used a high street retailer They advertise they are different and look beyond normal credit and circumstance but this is false. I wish i had never attempted if honest as just make you feel more stressed . Also there is no current reviews of positive feedback for this company which made me uneasy.

    Applied via their contact centre on Monday, straight forward process - was told I would have an answer in 48 hrs. Thursday came and no news, so I sent them a message asking for an update, Thursday evening and I received a call confirming all my details and was then told that I have been unsuccessful, the girl apologised that I had not been told, but she would ensure that as they definitely have all the correct contact details, an email outlining why I had been unsuccessful would be sent immediately. Now late Friday morning and still nothing. Not impressed.

    Not recommend at all. They do credit checks and they make their decisions on the top of this .. is not true that they accept people with bad credit , they just make you waste your time on the telephone . I was clear saying that I have debts to pay and I have bad credit score and they still saying that they would be able to offer me a loan, however hours late the have emailed me saying that I was declined and they wouldn’t be able to offer me any loan due to my credit history. I have emailed them asking they could offer me a lower amount than , they never replied back to me anymore . My question is if I have a good credit score I would apply straight to my bank Barclays or Lloyds as they offer me much lower rate to pay back. If I have good score I would’nt be looking for elsewhere if I can apply with my bank to pay much less interest Than with you . Please be aware this company doesn’t seems legitimate.
