   I was a victim of fraud in 2023 where numerous accounts were taken out in my name (this being one) and creation placed a default on my credit file as a result of no payment. The issue was previously resolved and the default was removed. Fast forward to now and they have placed the same default on my credit file. I’m not sure what kind of procedures they have in place where a previously resolved issue can rear its head again. I contacted Experian to raise this with creation and I’ve also raised a complaint myself however there is no sense of urgency involved in anything they do. I explained that I’m in the process of buying a property and this will have a major impact however this means nothing to them. The stress this has caused me and my family is nothing short of horrendous and I see no resolution in sight. The scary part about this is, once resolved I have no guarantee this won’t come up again a few years down the line. This is a truly appalling company that takes no accountability for its errors.

   SCS applied for finance with Creation. SCS did not show me any agreement, I did not read it and I certainly did not accept or sign any part of it. I spoke with Creation customer service advisor this morning. There is no way to contact them in writing (despite them claiming you can do this when you 'create' an online account). The advisor broke data protection laws - he read out my personal data to me (rather than asking me what they were, which is what they usually do). He also failed to tell me that phone calls are recorded at the start - he only stated this at the end of the conversation. The reason for my call was to cancel the finance agreement - I received an email from them saying it had been created. The advisor said I wasn't able to cancel it with Creation and needed to do it with the retailer SCS. He repeated this when I said I was sure I could do it direct with Creation and to please confirm he's positive that I cannot. He confirmed it again and was very sure of himself. I'm now in possession of the agreement - I downloaded it from the online account (which you have to create to access the documents). The document is littered with errors and was not signed by me. It also confirms I have the right to withdraw and can do this with the creditor. I suspect their aim is to lie through their teeth to try and push the customer past the 14 day mark. These people deal with household names - Buyer beware!

   I was sent a letter a year after I terminated a contract reporting arrears, no Comms inbetween. The letter states l, call this number to discuss with us, yet it's a automated response without the option to speak to someone. Absolutely DISGRACEFUL and totally misleading. Once in the call, the only options in summary are hear your balance, and tell us when you are paying, or pay... How on earth can I discuss????

   Not worthy of the one star that is required to post this review. CREATION is a dismal Company with zero means of effective direct Customer Service communication. Telephone numbers lead to a menu and not once has a telephone call actually been answered & the promise to return the call within 48 hours is hardly representative of a commitment to service in the 21st Century. Further, no email address is provided for query and/or complaint: the website directs "email" to a query form that does not provide enough message space and does not state that messages must be limited to 550 characters until you have tried to send your message. EVERY SYSTEM appears to be designed to insulate "Creation" from meaningful communication. If one were of a suspicious nature one might be drawn got question the legitimacy of this "business"

   I didnt even want to give a 1 star review! Took out a car finance 5 years ago traded the car in and still have money left on the account have set up payment plans/direct debits with them for near a year now numerous lengthy calls on my days off filling in forms to set up finance plan and then 5 weeks will go by and they will start sending me arrears letters saying I haven't made any payments with them and they never set up a payment plan although my bank says other wise. So I go through all the above again this happened the same over 6 months now. Money is leaving my bank each month to them and apparently I'm not paying them and they haven't set up a payment plan so where is all these 150 pounds going to if not them. They say all phone calls are recorded so I have asked numerous of times for them to listen back to the calls and then they will call me back weeks/another month will go by no call back then another arrears letter will come out now they have threatened a sums notice and if not actioned and paid in full by June will take me to court! How is this even possible how is this company even still going! Reading other people's reviews made me feel a little better as I thought I was going mad but can see everyone has been through and is going through the same with this company. I have not ignored a single letter actioned on it everytime and had ALOT of patience going over the above every 5 weeks to set up a payment plan for them to say no plan has been set up!!!! How are you suppose to sort this with our further action and impact on your credit file if they keep doing this? NEVER NEVER NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!! Even if your in desperate need do not go there you will end up in a serious financial difficulty and impact on your credit file your throwing money at them each month to protect your credit file and to do the right thing in clearing your accounts but they don't re call any of these payment plans and all the money your paying off your account hasn't even decreased as they keep popping arrears on top. Madness!!!!!

   Unfortunately a big disappointment to me.After I cancelled my washing machine in the Curry’s , I had a lot problem with my credit score in this country. I contact Creation and Curry’s but no one answered or give me a solution. Terrible experience to me!!!

   I worked for these guys years ago. they relentlessly make you phone people in arears everyday knowing they have money problems. If they don't answer you have to leave a voicemail. Awful service. I dread to think what those people suffering money with troubles are thinking. company didn't care for the well-being of staff or the customers. On the other hand. if a foreign customer came over and they take out a contract to buy an iPad or whatever then go back to the country of origin they can't chase them for the money. madness!

   Never received an email saying my finance agreement was approved, therefore I had to phone and was instructed that I could register on their site using my account number and sign my agreement. Issue is... their website doesn't work. Unable to register an account as it continuously errors out / fails to load pages

   Tried to access my account to pay off existing balance on account. Website does not work, continuously says website not available. Tried to pay over the phone, won't accept any payment method I try, have tried 3 different bank cards, none accepted. Waiting time to speak to an advisor in excess of 1 hour and customer service advisors won't take payment over the phone.

Jen was brilliant; she guided me through all of my 3 issues in a matter of minutes. She was very knowledgeable and efficient and knew every answer to the questions I asked.
