    Great place, however beware opening times have been changed and not updated online. We spent an hour round trip to come to find the shop closed at 3pm when it says everywhere 5pm.

    This is a virtual Aladins Cave it has evetything for any celebration. Brides paradise if you are doing your own venue etc. Their faux flowers are amazing but their Christmas stock is just mind blowing. Inexpensive and bonus the staff are so helpful and friendly but be warned it is stuffed to the rafters so quite hard to get around and it is cold in there. Loads of car parking space . .

    Not one for ever writing reviews but this left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. I spent over £300 here on birthday and Christmas decorations. I was told by one of the female staff that it would be fine for me to bring back four birthday balloons for a top-up of helium should they go down a little as I explained to her I wanted them for my partner's birthday (Tuesday) but also for his birthday party (Saturday) she said there would be no extra charge and should last up to two weeks anyway. The balloons did deflate a little so I took them back for the top-up. One of the friendly men there took them from me with no problem but while he was adding a small amount of air one of the older female members of staff became quite agitated and wanted to charge me £6. I didn't have my purse with me as it was a flying visit and because I was told there would be no charge and I offered to go back home to get my purse but she continued to make an issue about it in front of other customers in the shop. It was very embarrassing. If I had been advised there would be an additional charge then absolutely no problem but the manner in which she spoke to me was utterly rude. That was only my second visit to the shop and has been my last. Granted the place has a lot of choice however in her case she was totally ignorant and greedy.
