   Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish with my new piercing. Both Laura and Jess are absolutely divine people who made both me and my mum feel so welcome! My piercing experience was so smooth and I felt really well taken care of and in safe hands.    Laura and Jess were both absolutely delightful in the phone and in person. Made me and partner both feel completely at ease and were able to get a septum piercing done with little warning and with plenty of aftercare advice. Not just a good piercing experience, but they were both lovely to chat with! Cannot recommend more.

   Hello just want to say a big thanks to Laura and Jess. I came in yesterday for a helix piercing, had not much clue as it was 30 years since I had my ears pierced last lol - Laura took ages helping me pick a gorgeous piece of jewellery and was so patient whilst deciding which one I liked best. Jess was amazing piercing me as I couldn’t make my mind up where to have it, she was so patient and gave me her advice where she thought it would look best and really helped me choose the best place. She really explained the aftercare too and helped settle my nerves as I was a bit nervous, thanks for all being so friendly and lovely. If you are thinking about getting a piercing I would 100% recommend The Luna Collective.

   I have been visiting Luna regularly with my best friend for a few months now. I’ve had 4 piercings, 2 jewellery changes and a forever bracelet. There is such a calm and welcoming vibe at Luna which makes me feel so relaxed and comfortable. Jess and Laura are so lovely! They give us amazing advice and always make us laugh. They even helped my friend surprise me with my fave earring which I’m so grateful for. And on top of all of this the jewellery is also so stunning. I highly recommend (and I do to everyone who asks about my earrings). Will be booking to come back again soon :)

   I couldn't reccomend Jess and Laura enough. The whole experience is fabulous, from booking, to choosing jewellery, to the actual piercing and following up care. I've had numerous piercings and I wouldn't go anywhere else ! Both Laura and Jess take such pride in their work and it really shows!!

   I hadn't realised that getting a piercing could be so professional and problem-free until I visited Jess at The Luna Collective! My previous piercings had been so painful and slow healing that I didn't think I could face any more, then I had a lip piercing here, then I had an ear piercing, and I've already decided on my next one! The actual piercing hardly swelled, wasn't painful (the needle was in and out in seconds), and felt almost healed within a matter of days. The aftercare offered is brilliant and the jewellery they sell is top quality - my face deserves the best, doesn't yours?! Now I've found the Luna Collective I wouldn't go anywhere else!

   I've been to Luna Collective twice, both times for piercings. Laura and Jess are really accommodating and super friendly and really put you at ease. If you're lucky Bullseye might be there too, soaking up your love. Their jewellery range is amazing, nothing like it locally and I'd love to upgrade some of my piercings soon. Jess gives great aftercare advice and will recommend you a piercing if you're not quite sure what you want, and she'll be honest about what will work. I wanted an Anti Tragus, but she thought my ear anatomy was just too small and recommend a conch instead, which healed beautifully and was the least troublesome one in my collection. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
