   I thought I'd share my experience with your piercing shop. October 2020 I got my daith pierced here. By January 2021 I was having issues where I had skin bumps around the earring, extreme pain & swelling and also oozing.. I messaged you guys about it and was told it was extremely common and to use tea trea oil.. You should NEVER put tea trea oil on a piercing, thankfully I double checked before using it. Months later with the problem still happening I went to another tattoo & piercing shop to get it checked. The woman at the other shop was fantastic, she told me that it had been pierced incorrectly and that I don't have the right anatomy for it and that I should have been made aware of that at the time. No one mentioned it to me when I asked to have it done in your shop, they just went right ahead and did it and took my money. Either your staff aren't knowledgeable about these things or they only care about money not their clients. Avoid at all costs.

   Amazing piercing/tattoo shop! I had my nose pierced here and was quite nervous but the staff were lovely and very patient. They explained thoroughly about the after care as well and it was clear they knew a lot about piercings. Will definitely come back here for my next piercing. Thank you so much!

   Got a septum piercing yesterday. A little nervous of needles and can feel a bit off afterwards but they were nice and understanding and it was done fairly quickly. Been keeping it clean and it’s not as painful as I thought (only when it was being done haha) thanks!

   Bit of a mixed bag I'm afraid. They were great with my daughter, she's been back with some irritation with her belly piercing and the aftercare is good. However the end fell off my earring less than a week after the piercing and ended up inside my ear. Thankfully I got it out, but had to remove the bar so the ear started to heal. The response from Monster was that they'd been open between Christmas and New Year so I should have gone back - I couldn't as I was at work myself. Offered to assess and repierce but I don't want that because of risk of scarring in the helix. Refund declined because 'after care is the clients responsibility and they will have checked the jewellery was fit for use". I was given no aftercare advice or information. Additionally it seems I was charged incorrectly as I paid £30 on a day when all needle piercings were apparently only £15. I should have queried it but the shop was busy and I just wanted to get home and clean the blood from my hair and neck.

   My experience with Monster shop was absolutely amazing,lovely staff who were helpful every step of the way. Nice clean place too. Patty who did my tattoo was so kind. she made sure I was happy with the finish product and it's even better than I could of imagine. It's a place where you know the staff truly care about what they're doing. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

   I called at Monster Shop for a walk-in tattoo and was greeted by friendly staff. The place was clean and tidy. Paul did my tattoo which was a small tribute piece in memory of my Dad. Paul didn't really talk to me throughout which suited me as I'm a bit of an introvert. I left the studio happy. My mum really liked it and wanted the same so we went in on Tuesday to get her booked in. One of the ladies that works there asked to see mine to refresh her memory, I explained that mine had scabbed a bit because it's healing so it wouldn't be the clearest. My mum went for hers today and was told by Paul that I had been in and complained that mine was scabbed up and that I couldn't have been looking after it properly. I was never given any after care instructions anyway but I looked it up online and followed good hygiene practice and it's healing fine. However, I did not appreciate him telling lies by saying I had gone in and complained about my tattoo when I hadn't. My mum was also happy with her tattoo but said Paul was rude and insensitive. When she told him that she lost her husband in March to liver cancer, he jumped in with conspiracy theories saying it was the covid vaccine that had killed him, not the cancer. The loss of her husband of 40 years has been really hard on her and for him to be saying things like that was really uncalled for. Needless to say neither of us will be back. I did call the studio to complain and was given an apology on Paul's behalf but unfortunately it doesn't change our feelings towards him.
