   I cannot speak highly enough about the fantastic service received from UPS Carrickfergus. Darren came out and very quickly identified improvements and ideas to enhance and improve the property without costing a lot which he would pass on to prospective buyers. He even pointed out a south facing spot in the garden, perfect for summer barbeques etc! He and his team kept me updated every step of the way and the house was very quickly 'sale agreed'. I would have no hesitation in recommending Darren and his excellent team.

   I recently used UPS Estate Agents to sell a property as they were highly recommended by a friend. Darren was my point of contact and right from our first introduction he was on the ball. Darren the manager and Dianne were first class in getting the best offer for the house through very effective promotion, arranging suitable viewings to suit potential buyers, and quickly following up all enquiries/offers made. They are also excellent in dealing with the solicitors involved and reporting back on progress. You are never in the dark! I have used UPS Carrickfergus several times before, and wouldn't consider using any other agency as they are the best in Carrickfergus from the beginning to the end! Many thanks again!
