The team that works on loans needs another team to learn how to process requests. All I asked for was a loan of 1500 pounds, but they made me feel like I was borrowing 100,000 pounds. Too many questions and too many papers. Even their questions are very stupid and they ask you for the same documents more than once. Every day a new paper. In the end, I felt frustrated and I was dealing with a team that does not even understand the laws of their country and does not want to understand anything. A big disappointment. A very bad team.
After 10 years of having a savings account and borrowing money countless times and paying it off on time every time, I applied for a loan and was rejected. I felt rejected by the lady who approves loans in a way that had never happened to me before, I closed the account and borrowed from my bank with a slightly higher interest rate but which has never disappointed me. Thank you to the Credit Union team.

Super friendly , helpfull and down to earth staff . Great for savings and quick no nonsense loans . Highly recommend. I remember when I applied for my first loan for a car at the Northern now Danske at 17 and the Banker said to me you can call me Mr Hughes looking down his nose at me and he turned me down until I got a guarantor . I will not say what I thought lol .
I find the Credit Union very flexible, approachable and understanding. They meet your needs if you explain circumstances. The app and website has also improved greatly in recent months. I recommend definitely.
