   My daughter wanted her ears pierced for her birthday. I took her to Punctured as it was recommended to us. She had her first one done and was very scared but Chloe went above and beyond and the next day we were back in and my daughter was able to get her second piercing done with ease. Thank you Chloe for being so patient and caring!

   Website says walks in available and went when it said it was open. Drove down, paid for parking and waited a while and there was no one there and no one answered the calls. It would have been helpful if there was a sign on the door/updated the Facebook page to say if they were unexpectedly going to be closed.

   The service at Punktured is first class. Chloe was so kind and patient with my 7 year old having her ears pierced and did an amazing job, there has been no swelling or issues since. I booked a navel piercing at the same time but my belly button isn't suitable, Chloe took the time to explain what, was really sweet and refunded my deposit. I've just been back as my girl lost the bar and her ear had slightly healed and again, Chloe was amazing. Highly highly recommended

   Absolutely fabulous service. Piercer was really friendly yet professional. We had a nice natter while doing the piercing so put me really at ease. Would whole heartedly recommend. Picture - just jewellery changes in top 3, but had 2 extra lobe piercings in both ears.

   Had my septum pierced here four weeks ago, absolutely love it. The lady that pierced it was so nice, very professional. Came back yesterday for double nose piercing, once again the lady was amazing. Shop is clean and I've never felt rushed. I wouldn't go anywhere else and can't thank these ladies enough. Xx

   Took my 13 year old daughter to get her ears pierced today, she had a bad experience a few years ago with having them done with a gun but wanted to have them redone. Very professional service and tried to put my daughter at ease. The whole process was very quick and my daughter was offered a bottle of water and a lollipop afterwards which made her feel better. I will recommend Punctured Piercing to my friends and I may even be back to have my nose pierced!
