The entire team is consistently compassionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated to providing top-quality care, no matter the situation. Thank you to Christopher at the reception for always accommodating our needs and creating friendly atmosphere as soon as you walk in. A very special mention to Anna the practice owner who has been incredible throughout our pets’ various appointments. Anna's knowledge, attention to detail, patience, and genuine care make every visit reassuring, and always take the time to explain treatment options and do whatever she can to help. And last but not least the incredible nurses Alana and Daniella for always assisting and taking care of our furry babies post treatments, constantly updating us and making us feel at ease it is truly appreciated. We recommend Vets for Pets Lisburn Longstone to all our friends and family, confident that they’ll receive the same outstanding service and expert care.    The staff and service at vets4pets longstone is amazing! I have been coming here with my cats for years now, I always feel comfortable and confident when they in the care of the nurses and vets here. Special thank you to Christopher, Alana and Anna for their advice and aftercare when our cat had a major surgery. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

   All staff members, from reception to the nurses and vets, are compassionate and have taken the time to get to know my dog, ensuring we always feel comfortable and well-cared for. The appointment process is efficient, and being able to send photos and ask questions via WhatsApp is very helpful.

   The staff in here are absolutely amazing. Very friendly, professional and welcoming. Very inviting premises with parking available, my dogs love going here, so much that they try to go there even without an appointment when we're walking by. Highly recommended and their pet plan is brilliant to spread costs through the year covering flea, worm and tick treatments as well as annual vaccinations. They also have a handy reminder text system so we never miss an appointment, treatment or our vaccinations.

   Wonderful to see such a new and updated doctors to see in a beautiful clean office always helping me me and I have a lot of very old and kill dogs and they are not trying to get money out of you and they are lovely and helpful all the time and good luck with it it and comparing with a local one I would never ever go back to the other one it's wonderful

   Staff are great but they are SO expensive. I took out a lifetime vaccination policy for my Cat which has saved me a lot of money, but the one time I had to take her in for an eye infection, they charged me £12 to WRITE a prescription which I then had to take to a human pharmacy and pay again to have it filled, as well as £35 for the consultation. Next time I went in, they told me they hadn't charged me correctly and charged me more money, but couldn't tell me why!?! I have to continue using them because that's where my cats vaccination policy is but my advice is to do your research before signing up!!

   Kayleigh is the lady I have seen with our dog each time and find her very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Takes an interest in our dog and is excellent for advice. On reception Jody and Christopher are very helpful, very friendly. Thank you for running a great practice.
