   I had to ring here due to an out of hours emergency with my dogs eye. They asked me to bring him straight down and saw him immediately. (I did have a bit of a delay getting in as the doorbell went unanswered but when i phoned them again they came to the door and let me in). They were helpful and honest about the problem. They were able to give him pain relief straight away and medication to try and help him recover. They explained everything including costs and gave advice on next steps. They were understanding and calm and i recommend them in an emergency.

   Took my cat their early on Sunday as he was attacked and had a puncture wound that the vet completely ignored and called a "scab" charged near £200 for a 2 min appointment where she said it was his paw that was the issue not the "scab" and gave me pain killers. Not even a week later and the puncture is not leaking puss.

   Unfortunately my beautiful border collie Rosie was put to sleep here after taking sick late at night, the experience from my first phone call to picking Rosie up 2 days later was amazing, they showed so much compassion and treated my Rosie with so much care. Thank you!!

   Minightvet were excellent, we brought our dog to be seen as she was very poorly and staff were great. Unfortunately we had to say goodbye to our little jack Russel of 17 years but staff were more than understanding and compassionate, they didn’t rush us out and allowed us the time we needed. Very professional and caring staff who made the experience a bit less painful for us. Thank you for everything

   Anytime I've phoned not matter who I've got on the other end of the phone they were always very helpful and very understanding. Shout out to Sam to giving me a very accurate diagnosis over the phone last night. Obi Wan is doing much better on steroids now. I had to use Minight vet not long ago with my other dog too and found everybody very kind. Honestly thank you all for your work.

   Used minight multiple times for no fewer than 3 of my pets. The care given is amazing and they have treated each of my pets like their own. Working at such awkward times, they really do perform miracles when otherwise my pets would not have be seen.

   A pretty good vet in an emergency, but, the prices are excessive to the point of being obscene. My suggestion would be to only use the emergency vet in the event of a life or death emergency or expect to be fleeced.
