   5* with every single visit. Both our dogs regularly visit Gavin and the cuts and grooming are exceptional and in fairness, probably not the easiest dogs to handle, because of their anxiety and poor sight, but Gavin goes over and beyond every time and we wouldn't take them anywhere else.    Took our red setter and shih tzu to be groomed today, with Gavin very kindly finding space for us on short notice. We’re so glad we did! Our boys look and smell outstanding, they’ve been so thoroughly styled with such attention to detail and consideration for our preferences in the groom. Our dogs tend to be quite nervous, but they came back with big doggy smiles, and the most adorable bandanas. Gavin is very clearly is so knowledgable and passionate about his craft, and we will definitely be repeat customers and recommend him to everyone.

   I really can’t recommend Gavin highly enough, he really puts you at ease about leaving your little pride and joy with him as he is so patient and understanding. The set up is perfect, quiet and one to one attention from Gavin for each pooch that enters through the door of the dirty dog. My Bailey would be nervous and Gavin just works with her to make sure both her and I have been comfortable during the whole grooming process. Bailey always comes out smelling amazing, with pure white face and paws and is detailed down to a T with not a hair out of place. Honestly the best most gentle groomer I’ve ever came across and we can’t praise or recommend the dirty dog highly enough. This groomer has a special place in our hearts!
