   Initially had an issue with my order. But owner went out of his way to fix the issue. Although both bouquets didn’t look like what I wanted to order. I really appreciate the owner reaching out. And fixing the issue and sending a second bouquet to the receiver. I can clearly see the owner loves his business and for that I wish the business the biggest success ❤️

   I ordered the florist make my bouquet option to the value of over £50 and honestly I was so disappointed. For £50 I expected them to have that ‘wow’ factor but they really didn’t. I wanted to support a local business but you can get more impressive bunches from M&S or other online florists. The flowers were nice but were no where near what I hoped for spending over £50 on a bunch of flowers. There are no expensive flowers in the bunch at all. I see from the reviews that they appear to specialise in funeral flowers and they seem nice. However, for anything else I would look elsewhere. I will not be ordering from the again. On a more positive note they delivered on time and as expected. Photo attached (vase not included).

   We heard about D&G florists by a family recommendation and they blew us away. I approached them asking for a quote for my wedding bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets and all the men’s buttonholes. I started to describe the colours and vibe of my wedding and immediately Frankie started pulling together some beautiful flowers that would go with the look I wanted. They pulled it all together, an incredibly reasonable price and even delivered the flowers on the day near our venue in Tunbridge. Would highly recommend them.

   This is my go to place for flowers and plants, they kept me sane!! during the first lockdown with deliveries. Frankie and everyone at D&G are so helpful and the prices are good and they provide a valuable delivery service. Have just purchased a potted Christmas tree and far too many Christmas goodies. Keep on doing what you are all doing, your customers really do appreciate it.
