   My original perception of outsourced accountancy services was that they were very formulaic and structured around basic outputs like end of month reporting and tax returns. We needed someone to support and help form our strategic direction and have found that in spades with Nuvem9. Nuvem9 assigned us with someone who is so much more to our business than we could have hoped. They act as essentially a fractional CFO and have a genuine interest in our success and growth. In good times, and challenging times their experience and expertise allow for bespoke advice, guidance and counsel to help us reset, tweak our strategy and press ahead. Bi-weekly calls to discuss our pipeline, existing clients and P&L keep us directionally sound and their reports are first class in terms of communicating what matters to us in clear ways. Nuvem9 can pick up on emerging trends, potential blind spots and opportunities in our numbers to keep us moving forward. Above all else, the time that Nuvem9 save our business in doing what they do for us cannot be understated. Leaving such important matters as this in the hands of true experts gives us the time we need to work on the business and focus on what we’re good at. Working with Nuvem9 has brought balance, stability, mentorship, and experience that we really value as a (relatively!) young and learning leadership team. In 2024, we’ve completely taken the direction of our business into our own hands and are really excited to have started to land the biggest contracts we’ve ever had in GB, USA and beyond.
