Very poor management of donations in the new shop ! Despite a sign stating donations were welcome, once inside we were told they weren’t taking any donations that day as they had too many but to try again tomorrow! Others were also told to go elsewhere yet the sign asking for donations remained outside ! I won’t be going back but will take donations elsewhere . If they are so overloaded with donations then perhaps they should shut the shop as the present attitude towards customers and donation management is detrimental to the good work this hospice does and will alienate donators in the future ! I was appalled that people were being told to go elsewhere !!!
