    The staff were extremely unprofessional. As we walked in, we passed four staff members, and none of them informed us that the shop was closing at 7. Instead, they waited until we were inside and then turned off the lights, leaving us in the dark. This was not only rude but also dangerous, as it was already dark outside, and we couldn’t see where we were going. Shocking customer service. No clear opening times sign on the door otherwise we would’ve checked before entering

    This is a great example of why the high st and retail parks are in decline. I visited the next retail store in Aberystwyth at approx 11 am and browsed through the men's clothing department. On duty was a woman with a pa headset and a young man, who on 2 occasions completely ignored me. Not only did they make eye contact they also ignored me. I was looking and comparing and they made no effort to ask if I needed any help. So guess what ? I went to M&S If the manager or hr read this, they should be fired. Period. Awful awful awful experience.

    Wanted to buy a suit. Stood there for 15 minutes waiting for someone to assist me with measurements and some advice. Not a single member of staff on the floor. Absolutely shocking. Wouldn't recommend.

    Simply awful customer service. I was speaking to one member of staff, when another one interrupted with what I can only assume was the intention of being incredibly rude and unhelpful; after saying her piece she walked off without offering any help whatsoever. A sore best avoided!

    The thing I love about Next is the consistent high standard, it doesn't matter which store I go to, or where it is, the high service standards, the cleanliness and immaculate layout of the store never fails to impress and this store is no exception! Easy to get to and plenty of parking. Well worth a visit.

    Nice store, nice people, its just the mens section is tiny. Tried to squeeze a mens & home section on the same floor, to the detriment of both. One or the other, probably the home should of been catalogue only.
