NBAS has been our accountant for two years now. They have provided an excellent service. It's a personal service, always friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. We always deal with Nigel, who is responsive and patient. He has provided a professional approach to help us get the financial information and accounts into good shape. We also started using an accountancy package which has helped, but it took quite a lot of learning. Nigel was so helpful in this process, finding issues where we had gone a bit wrong and helping us correct them with no fuss. Previously we were using a local accountant, a big firm close to us. With this previous large practice, we felt as if we weren't an important client and it took ages to get a reply or any action. Seeking alternatives, we weren't sure if it was a good idea to have a remote service and a smaller accountant practice. I can tell you that it has been brilliant, with no problems at all. Fees are much more realistic and fair. Keeping in touch and getting responses has been 100 times better. I highly recommend NBAS.
