Whether it was advising on different flowers suitable, colour schemes, arrangements nothing was an issue - and they look fantastic! Though it was fairly short notice Sholan was so helpful and organised beautiful bridal and bridesmaids bouquets, corsages and buttonholes; perfectly arranged, scented Spring flowers.    I really want to give 5 stars because the lady who served me was really nice and helpful. However, I bought these flowers for my mum's birthday on 6th June, three days ago, and two of them never bloomed and just died. Two more seem to be on the verge of dying too, depicted. My mother followed the instructions of changing the water every two days and using the plant food but this did not help. I think the flowers the lady picked out for me could have been old already. I'm not a flower expert but she said it should last a little while with proper care.

   My grandmother recently ordered some flowers for her brother's funeral. Even though we ordered quite last minute, Sheila at Elsa Brown couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and exactly what we asked for, and the customer service was second to none. Thank you so much Sheila, we would definitely recommend this lovely florist.
