   I came to collect a parcel but had my dog with me and I didn’t realise Next doesn’t allow dogs but lucky for me the lovely ladies saw me stood outside and came to help and retrieved my parcel for me and brought it all out to me as I couldn’t go inside with the dog. Special thank you to Ginny as otherwise I would have had to come out of my way to come back to pick up my parcel.

   I had an excellent experience shopping at Next, thanks to their fantastic staff! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and felt genuinely welcomed. The store was well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed. The staff went above and beyond to help me, offering valuable suggestions and making sure I found exactly what I was looking for. Their knowledge about the products was impressive, and they were patient and attentive throughout my visit. I especially appreciated how they took the time to answer all my questions and provide personalized recommendations. Their dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out. Overall, the customer service at Next was exceptional, and I will definitely be returning for future purchases. Highly recommend! ---

   Popped into Next Bognor looking for some wrapping paper. Wouldn’t usually shop in Next as I feel the quality of clothes has dwindled over the years. This review relates to the staff attitude which possesses as much festive cheer as the 2 damaged Christmas tress and sad selection of wrapping paper as Next’s festive offerings. Having decided the sad looking wrapping paper is not what I would like to put under my tree I headed for the exit to find my route blocked by a couple of staff members observing the most horrific ‘fashion’ clothing I have seen this year. I waited for the staff member to pass through the narrow passage however she took some time due to her being on her phone and chatting to her colleague about her impending break. Having passed through (still gossiping away) I realised she either was being totally ignorant or genuinely hadn’t seen me so I exclaimed ‘you’re welcome’ to which she continued to ignore me. Her colleague however had seen the situation unfold and responded to this with a sarcastic ‘everything ok’? Before pushing her way past also. Neither said ‘thanks’ or anything to make me feel like this was a store that I’d want to splash my hard earned cash in. I won’t be returning and I suggest Next send in some mystery shoppers to get a gauge on the real attitude issues and low morale that exist within this shop.

   Terrible we have just ordered, a sofa and have been told it is cancelled, no refund or alternative date put in place, customers service is not available, myself and husband are extremely upset but the treatment of Next and need to be given answers soon.
