Avoid this scam at all costs! I accidentally came across their page on Instagram in 2022 when I had just moved to Ireland. I forgot about it and successfully claimed my tax refunds three times on my own. Recently, when applying for another tax refund, I discovered that this agency had secretly changed my bank account details and took 10% of my refund—despite me doing all the work! Be extremely cautious when clicking on their website link. If you encounter any issues, report them to your nearest Gardaí office. Also, take note—there’s no contact number on their website, which should be a major red flag about the kind of business they are running. Stay away!

I recently had an issue with this company regarding an unfair cut taken from my tax refund. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to them, they have completely ignored my messages. This kind of disregard for their customers is unacceptable and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone and caution others to be aware of their practices. This was a deeply disappointing experience and I hope others do not have to go through the same thing.
I requested to have the last 4 years tax reviewed by the My Tax refund team and was delighted when they stated we had 2 years where is due a refund of 2k. Which they refunded and claimed their commission which we expect and were made aware of. But what they failed to tell us was the other 2 years we owed the revenue over €800 even though in an email we asked My Tax Refund about about these years and we were told in email by them that we had no refund. So rather than making us aware they claimed their commission on the €2k rather the €1200 (minus the €800 we owed the revenue). Personally I think is a very sly move when they were asked directly about this offending year
I got contacted on a Tuesday and had over my tax back refunded to me by the very next day. Great service and very easy to work with. Very quick at response. Would work with them again for sure
