Babytots went above and beyond for my purchases. I purchased a travel system, a crib & pram blankets. It’s so nice to be able to visit somewhere local and be able to see all the item in person before even thinking about what to buy. The team at babytots have been fantastic. I bought a silvercross reef travel system and after a failure on the silver cross part Sharon and the team have been absolutely amazing at rectifying all issues I've had. Would highly reccomend the team purely for their dedication to their customers.
I have used baby tots for various items over the last 8 years and have never been disappointed. Most recently I have purchased a bugaboo butterfly, maxicosi pebble pro 360 and a high chair bouncer set and have been so impressed. I had an appointment with Lauren where she helped me choose the right items we needed to upgrade for our expanding family . When it was time to collect Sharon was so good and packed it all in the car for me which was so helpful as I had my other children and a big bump in the way. Both of the ladies at babytots are so warm and welcoming. I’d reccomend babytots to anyone and it really is so nice to shop local instead of big retailers. Thanks again Lauren and Sharon

We visited yesterday to buy our first pram and can not recommend enough. We were made to feel very welcome and given advice without the hard sell. They have lots of different prams on display and I would recommend a visit to anyone. We travelled nearly 2 hours and it was worth it and we would buy anything else we need from there again..
